Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

At Pinkcolada, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return/exchange for a store credit within 14 business days from the time of delivery, returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
  • Item is unworn, free of make-up stains, unwashed and free of odor.
  • Please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done we may refuse an exchange your items due to hygiene reasons

Non-returnable items include: sale items, accessories, pre-orders, cosmetics, and lingerie. 

Note: PRE-ORDER items are non-refundable

Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Pinkcolada and for re-shipping for exchanges- we recommend adding insurance on items.

If you are returning an item due to an error we have made, please contact us at sales@pinkcolada.com and we will take alternate options.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7-15 business days from arrival. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and you will be issued a store credit. Please note our store credits do not expire and can be used at any time!
