At Pinkcolada, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return for a full store credit or refund within 30 days from the time of delivery,
We will only accept returns that have been lodged via our Returns Portal,
Please note all returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Item/s must be returned with proof of purchase/receipt
- Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Item/s must be in original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
- Item/s must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way

If you are returning your item’s for an exchange, we will cover the return shipping costs!
If you wish to return your item’s for a full refund you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the return to Pinkcolada
(Please note original shipping charges for goods returned are non-refundable, other than faulty items)
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days from arrival.
If your order was paid entirely with store credit or gift card, the return will be processed and issued as a store credit
If you have selected a refund for your return you will receive your funds back to your original payment method within 2-8 business days (please note processing times vary depending on your banking institution)
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your store credit or refund has been issued.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
Simply lodge a return via our Returns Portal, see steps below:
- Enter your order number (Do not include a # before your order number)
- Enter the email address you used to place your order
- Select the item’s that you wish to return
- Select the reason for your return “faulty” or “Incorrect Item” & upload clear pictures of the item’s for our team to review
- Our team will contact you within 24 hours with a resolution
