WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS PROCESS? 

At Pinkcolada, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return for a full store credit within 30 days from the time of delivery,

We will only accept returns that have been lodged via our Returns Portal,

Please note all returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Item/s must be returned with proof of purchase/receipt
  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Item/s must be in original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
  • Item/s must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Simply lodge a return via our Returns Portal, see steps below:

  1. Enter your order number (Do not include a # before your order number)
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order
  3. Select the item’s that you wish to return
  4. Select the reason for your return
  5. Once your return request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to send back your items

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Simply lodge a return via our Returns Portal, see steps below:

  1. Enter your order number (Do not include a # before your order number)
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order
  3. Select the item’s that you wish to return
  4. Select the reason for your return “faulty” or “Incorrect Item” & upload clear pictures of the item’s for our team to review
  5. Our team will contact you within 24 hours with a resolution

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days from arrival.


If your order was paid entirely with store credit or gift card, the return will be processed and issued as a store credit

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed
 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To exchange an item you will have to follow our returns process as normal by lodging a return via our Returns Portal, We will then process your refund or store credit & you will be able to re-order the size or item you would like.

If you need your new items urgently please reach out to us via email & we will try our best to help you out & ensure you get your new item’s as soon as possible
