RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

At Pinkcolada, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return/exchange within 30 days from the time of delivery for a refund to store credit or giftcard.

RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

Please note all returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Item/s must be returned with proof of purchase/receipt.
  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Item/s must be in original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
  • Item/s must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way

Please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done, we may refuse an exchange your items due to OH&S and hygiene risks.

In the instance where item's returned are worn or used in a way or environment that would create OH&S and hygiene risks the customer is responsible shipping costs to have the item's shipped back to them. If items are unclaimed, they will be discarded. 

Other than any remedies under Australian Consumer Law or other relevant legislation, Items which are worn or used in a way or environment that would create OH&S and hygiene risks may not be returned. This includes any items that may have been soiled or exposed to biological contamination.

 

FINAL SALE TERMS

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return for refund to your original payment method or store credit or an exchange with an exception for reasons listed in the consumer guarantees. 

 

ECO COLLECTION ITEMS

Please note that item's from our ECO Collection are made-to-order just for you. For this reason we are unable to accept exchanges/returns for ECO item's unless the item's are defective or faulty. Our Made-to-order process is a more sustainable approach to swimwear manufacturing as we only create the product when a customer has already made an order. There's no excess stock & we are producing far less waste than traditional bulk swimwear manufacturing.

 

RETURN COSTS

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the return to Pinkcolada (Please note original shipping charges for goods returned are non-refundable, other than faulty items) 

If you choose to return for a refund to your original payment method a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note the costs of shipping on your order are non-refundable.

 


RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days from arrival. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your store credit has been issued.

 

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Simply lodge a return via our Returns Portal, see steps below:

  1. Enter your order number (Do not include a # before your order number)
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order
  3. Select the item’s that you wish to return
  4. Select the reason for your return
  5. Once your return request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to send back your items

 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Simply lodge a return via our Returns Portal, see steps below:

  1. Enter your order number (Do not include a # before your order number)
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order
  3. Select the item’s that you wish to return
  4. Select the reason for your return “faulty” or “Incorrect Item” & upload clear pictures of the item’s for our team to review
  5. Our team will contact you within 24 hours with a resolution

 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To exchange an item you will have to follow our returns process as normal by lodging a return via our Returns Portal, We will then process your refund or store credit & you will be able to re-order the size or item you would like.

If you need your new items urgently, please reach out to us via email & we will try our best to help you out & ensure you get your new item’s as soon as possible.

 

 

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

If you believe an item that you have received is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined time frame. The relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service)

Where you believe an item is faulty or defective, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If the goods or service has a major failure, you may reject the good or service and seek a refund, exchange or repair or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in value. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, Pinkcolada will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Pinkcolada will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
