Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Information 

No matter where you live we want to make sure we can offer you the best shipping options. We ship to thousands of customers across the world every single day & we always try our best to provide you with the best services. 

 

Shipping Options, Costs & Locations 

We offer Standard Shipping & DHL Express Shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand and most other countries.

Shipment Processing time 

Shipping processing time is an estimate of how long it will take to prepare your order for shipment and ship it from our warehouse. 
 
All Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, 8am-4pm Monday-Friday (Excluding Public Holidays)  

Items available for immediate shipment will be processed within 24 hours of being placed. Other item’s in your order will ship as they become available. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.   

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

  

We keep you informed  

Once you’ve placed your order, You will receive an Order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your order has been prepared for shipment and is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. Please note that tracking for some shipments may take up to 7 days to update. Once your tracking has been updated you will receive a third Tracking update notification email.  

If you have not received an Order acknowledgement email please check your junk mail. If you still cannot find your Order acknowledgement email it is possible that we may have the incorrect email address. You can contact us with your name & order number to check the status of your order

Pre Orders 

If you have ordered a Pre-order item, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the other items become available we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

 
Please note that Pre-order items can take approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive. By placing an order, you are securing the item in your size. Please do not place an order for a Pre-order item if you require the items for a specific date as we cannot always provide a guaranteed delivery date (Check with us first) 

  

Delivery 

Orders are delivered Monday - Friday during business hours & will require a signature on delivery unless requested otherwise. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery the courier may leave a card in your letterbox outlining the steps for picking up your order at your local post office. If you do not pick up your parcel within 2 weeks of the attempted delivery the courier will either return the parcel to us at our expense or the parcel may be destroyed. 

*If the parcel has been sent back to us due to an error on your behalf, we reserve the right to pass on any additional shipping and re-stocking charges that we incur to have the parcel returned to us as a result of your error or inaction. To have the parcel reshipped to you additional delivery costs must be paid.* 

  

Customs, Duties & Taxes 
 
PINKCOLADA PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your order, Please note shipments outside of Australia may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level, we recommend you check with your local customs office. 

PINKCOLADA will not be held responsible for parcels lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
