Shipment Processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm AEST (Excluding Public Holidays)

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email which will include your tracking number. If you have not received a Shipment confirmation email please check your junk mail. If you still cannot find your confirmation email it is possible that we may have the incorrect email address. You can contact us with your order number to check the status of your order. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

Pre Orders

If you have ordered a Pre-order item, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the other item’s become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Please note that Pre-order items can take approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive. By placing an order you are securing the item in your size. Please do not place an order for a Pre-order item if you require the items for a specific date as we cannot always provide a guaranteed delivery date (Check with us first)

Delivery

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday during business hours & will require a signature on delivery unless requested otherwise.

If you are not home at the time of delivery the courier may leave a card in your letterbox outlining the steps for picking up your order at your local post office. If you do not pick up your parcel within 2 weeks of the attempted delivery the courier will return the parcel to us at our expense.

*If the parcel has been sent back to us due to an error on your behalf, we reserve the right to pass on any additional shipping and re-stocking charges that we incur to have the parcel returned to us as a result of your error or inaction. To have the parcel reshipped to you additional delivery costs must be paid.*

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

PINKCOLADA PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your order, Please note shipments outside of Australia may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level, we recommend you check with your local customs office.
